okbwt Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for Philippine Players
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the okbwt platform. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the okbwt platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and okbwt regarding your use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. okbwt reserves the right to update these terms at any time. 2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the okbwt platform. This requirement applies to all users in the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide during registration is accurate and truthful.
The platform is intended for use by individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the okbwt platform is lawful in your location. okbwt does not accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited.
okbwt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each player may hold only one account on the okbwt platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. okbwt will never ask for your password through any channel, including email, chat, or phone.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. okbwt is not liable for any losses resulting from account access that was facilitated through your own failure to protect your login credentials.
Account registration requires providing accurate personal information. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a registered user of okbwt, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purpose.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Colluding with other players or engaging in any coordinated betting activity intended to gain an unfair advantage.
- Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent regional restrictions.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform's software, content, or design.
- Submitting false support requests or attempting to mislead okbwt staff.
Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances without recourse.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on the okbwt platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No currency conversion is applied to your account balance. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your PHP wallet.
Deposits must be made through the payment channels made available on the platform. okbwt does not accept third-party deposits. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method. okbwt will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawal requests in a timely manner but does not guarantee specific timelines. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before being processed.
okbwt reserves the right to reverse or withhold transactions where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms is suspected. All transactions are final once confirmed by the system. Disputed transactions must be reported to [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date.
6. Limitation of Liability
The okbwt platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbwt disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
okbwt does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or technical faults, or that any specific game or betting market will be available at any given time. Platform downtime, game disruptions, or delayed odds updates do not entitle users to compensation.
In no event shall okbwt be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical errors, service interruptions, or data loss. The total liability of okbwt to any user for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Intellectual Property
okbwt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable belief that a user has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform or other users. In cases of confirmed fraud or serious breach, account balances may be forfeited.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining PHP balance that is not subject to active disputes or pending reviews will be processed for withdrawal to the user's registered payment method.
All content on the okbwt platform — including logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, and written content — is the intellectual property of okbwt or its licensed providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Links to third-party websites or services that may appear in platform communications are provided for informational purposes only. okbwt does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
8. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
okbwt may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of the okbwt platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
